Headed-up building projects + custom framing on behalf of award-winning Solana Beach, CA-based Wardell Builders. The main project was a two-year renovation of an ocean-view home in Del Mar, CA, which would preserve the Spanish design of the home while blending it with the addition of a new wing to match the original footprint. Led custom woodworking (hand-hewn beams + rafter tails). Also collaborated on other high-end renovations.
