For several years, ran ground-up commercial builds and renovation projects for Hollister Construction. The Long Beach-based company specialized in state, federal and community-funded builds.

As Superintendent, 1998-2006, managed trades and client communication to successfully guide projects through all phases of construction. Over that time, fulfilled contracts with military + law enforcement agencies as well as a church + community center.

Another standout project led from start to finish was Orange County Public Library in Tustin. The interior was completely gutted and renovated.

The Tustin Public Library has undergone additional updates since our extensive renovation including most recently in 2025.

The 32,000 sq.ft. facility—including an outdoor plaza that connects to Tustin City Hall—serves students of the Tustin + Santa Ana School Districts. It is one of the busiest locations in the OC Public Library system.
